IntelliSAW™ IS CAM-5 - Continuous Asset Monitoring HMI
The CAM-5 aggregates system sensor data and performs analytics providing operators real-time condition-based monitoring of critical electrical power assets. System sensors include wireless temperature sensors, partial discharge sensors, and humidity and ambient temperature sensors. The CAM-5 acts as a historian and as the primary interface point for SCADA integration or other head-end systems by leveraging common communication protocol support including DNP3, Modbus, 61850 and TCP/IP.

- Aggregates sensor data from up to 120 temperature sensors, 80 PD UHF inputs and 80 humidity and ambient temperature sensors.
- Serves as data historian capturing sensor data at a configurable interval and making this data available for detailed analysis.
- Provides long term, short term and delta data trending for analytics on all sensor types
- Protocol support for head-end integration including DNP3, IEC 61850, Modbus, and TCP/IP.
- Available in multiple output communication interfaces; RS-485, Ethernet or Fiber.
- Six configurable alarm outputs enable physical alarms on-site based on configurable parameters of raw data or analytics. Alarms can be integrated into 3rd party SCADA systems.
- Supports Email and SMS notification based on all alarmable parameters.
