About you:
The ideal candidate will have a background in the manufacturing industry, with a focus on automation solutions. Proficiency in electrical components used in automation systems and familiarity with computer systems and networking is essential. Exceptional customer communication and relationship-building skills are a must, along with a passion for
collaboration and a strong aptitude for analytical thinking and problem-solving. Initiative and a dedication to seeing projects through to completion are highly valued, as well as an unquenchable thirst for continuous learning and personal improvement.
Your First Year Highlights
Your journey with us begins with comprehensive product and services training, setting the stage for your growth. You'll dive into the Inside Sales Engineering role, learning the ropes on the job. Throughout your first year, you'll receive invaluable mentorship from experienced Account Managers, Project Managers, Lead Engineers, and your fellow Inside Sales Engineers. By the end of year one, you'll have achieved proficiency in 3-5 product lines, ready to make a significant impact.
What you’ll need:
● A Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Chemical, Electrical, Computer, or Mechanical Engineering.
● A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
