Position Overview: 
We are seeking a skilled Digital Solutions Project Manager with automation and manufacturing experience to join our expanding team. This role has emerged due to high demand for our services and the need to manage increasingly complex, high-impact digital solutions projects. As part of our team, you will oversee the execution of digital solutions initiatives and ensure successful project outcomes from kickoff to completion.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects including software development, integrations, and digital solutions across multiple client industries (e.g., pharmaceutical, chemical, and food & beverage).
  • Drive project management processes to ensure successful deliverables on time and within budget.
  • Serve as the primary client liaison, building strong, accountable relationships, understanding their business needs, and acting as the customer’s advocate when appropriate.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are clearly defined, communicated, and achieved.
  • Oversee multiple digital solutions projects simultaneously, adjusting scope, timeline, and resources as necessary to meet client expectations.
  • Monitor and manage project progress, identify and access risks, and facilitate the resolution of action items.  
  • Communicate project status and key milestones to internal and external stakeholders, including sponsors, customers, and team members.
  • Coordinate and manage procurement, invoicing, and other project administrative activities.
  • Ensure the proper closure of projects, including the archiving of documentation, transition of project deliverables, and conducting lessons-learned sessions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science and automation or manufacturing experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on network architecture, digital technology application and IT/OT integration.
  • Proven expertise in project management methodologies. PMP certification is highly preferred.
  • Strong experience in managing client-facing projects and leading teams to successful project delivery.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
