Cornerstone is seeking an experienced Reliability Sales Engineer to cover Michigan, and Northern Indiana customers. Previous experience would include successful selling of rotating asset vibration sensors, and diagnostic software. Experience in analytic platforms, and reliability services is a plus.
The position is responsible for sales of the Emerson Reliability Solutions portfolio which includes intelligent sensors, software, and analytic platforms. Additionally, the position will have a large service portfolio to leverage and sell. This position will focus specifically on the following Emerson portfolio:
AMS Wireless Vibration Monitor
AMS Asset Monitor
Critical Prediction and Protection Systems
Analytics and Machine Learning Platforms
Experience with industrial clients in metals & mining, food & beverage, refining, chemical, pulp & paper, power and life sciences.
Prospect and secure new customers through innovative, leading edge
Maintain and strengthen all existing customers
Work closely with existing sales resources
Build relationships and work with Emerson factory experts to meet customer needs
Work with reliability team to achieve sales goals and objectives to aggressively grow the business
Highly competitive, self-starter with ability to work independently
Possess solid knowledge base of technical and mechanical abilities
Excellent communication and relationship skills!
Driven to succeed; self-motivated to accomplish all sales goals
4-year BA/BS degree in engineering, marketing, promotions, communication, or business administration
Strong technical aptitude in software
Familiarity with Office 365, and CRM Tools
Familiarity with office software and phone systems
Daily travel within assigned territory, with occasional overnight travel possible
2 to 5 years of industry sales experience
This position can be based out of IN or MI
